Order
To place an order, please specify any useful indication (product, colors, layout, options…). I then discuss the details if needed before confirming the total price and validating the order.
Any files needed for customization or assembly will be send after the order is placed.
Payment
Once the order is validated, I wait for the payment to put the order in queue. Orders are paid by PayPal or bank transfer. Once the payment is received, your order is in the queue and you receive your invoice by email. All sales are final.
Shipping
Once your order is in the queue, it can takes up to 30 days until shipping, depending of the nature of the order (customizations, specials requests, etc), supplies stocks and queue. Every order containing an enclosure is packed in reinforced parcel box and shipped with insurance and signature confirmation.
Shipments to territories outside the EU are sent via DHL
